On November 8 the first training for management was held at the company's head office on the topic: "Techniques for effective interaction of subdivisions".
According to the training program developed by VELESSTROY Corporate University, 10 training trainings will be conducted for all managers by the end of January 2018.
During the training, managers will know with the principles of interaction of adjacent subdivisions, ways of regulating their interaction, will get communicative tools for creating effective relations and will the practice exercises by talking with representatives of adjacent subdivisions on contentious issue.
"This training program will increase the effectiveness of interaction between departments and expand the skills and competencies of all management personnel of the company" - stated L.V. Kolesnikova, HR Director.
