Starting from 2013, Velesstroy LLC has carried out demolishing, reconstruction of existing facilities, as well as construction of offsite facilities of VGO (Stage 1, Phases 1 and 2). The facilities have been commissioned one month ahead the scheduled date!

It’s our first cooperation experience with Lukoil, so we had to adjust to the Client’s needs. A special attention was paid to specific HSE requirements, as the works were carried out at operating enterprise. Despite Velesstroy had a previous experience of constructing oil refinery, the reconstruction turned to be more complicated, and sometimes work duration was beyond our expectations. Anyway, we succeeded managing the task, gained new experience, and showed timely and high quality project implementation! told Marco Vidovic, Volgograd Refinery Project Manager.

It should be noted, that Vladimir Zyazin, Director General of Lukoil Volgogradneftepererabotka LLC, awarded Marco Vidovic and our colleagues with certificates of appreciation for the quality and due work implementation, responsible attitude and active participation in the construction process.
