In 2019 VELESSTROY launched a Company-wide digital document control project. Its main goal is to speed up the document signing, processing and search processes, make it possible to track the document signing status and minimize the document loss risks.
Last year all employees got the option to approve requests, office memos and orders (in case of Payroll Dept.) using the digital 1C Document Control service.
Meanwhile, Procurement Directorate, Production and Technical Dept, IT Administration and Accounting and Taxation Dept got the option to exchange material asset delivery documentation with contractors at all Company's projects, and closing documents with clients using DDC Kontur Diadok service. This allowed to speed up the document signing process and transfer of information from site offices to the Central Office.
This year we are planning to extend the Digital Document Control system coverage over the following document types:
External document flow with contractors:
• Reconciliation Reports exchange;
• Service Delivery Reports exchange;
• Contractual documentation exchange;
• Money claim requests exchange with banks;
Internal document flow:
• Approval and enactment of internal Company-wide regulatory documents;
• Formalization and approval of office memos;
• Human resource documentation approval and acknowledgement by workers.
