First Stage of Booster Compressor Station Construction Nearing Completion at Sakhalin

The first stage of the Booster Compressor Station construction is nearing its completion at Sakhalin. 75% of earth works, 80% of foundation casting and 63% of structural steel installation works are done. 

Still underway are the waterproofing works, back-filling of foundations, pipeline welding and pipeline installation on racks. The process of cable trays installation on the racks has already begun. Simultaneously, we are preparing for the internal finishing of the buildings and structures, application of fireproofing and construction of the underfloor spaces. 

Flare system installation is also in full swing. Service platforms are already set in place and at the moment we are assembling the 350t lifting crane that will help VELESSTROY lift the flare stack structure.
