First Stage of SAP SUCCESSFACTORS: Personnel Recruitment Module Start-Up

On October 07, as part of the Automation of Personnel Recruitment and Adaptation Processes using SAP SuccessFactors Platform, Maksim Glotov, Velesstroy LLC HR Director, during a meeting with the Central Office managers presented the set up SAP SF Personnel Recruitment module. 

Transforming personnel recruitment and adaptation is a very important gradual process. During the meeting, Maksim Glotov announced that SAP SF has been put into operation in the Central Office, showed some features of the system operation and talked about furter distribution of SAP SF among VELESSTROY group companies. 

The managers especially liked the possibility to access the SAP SF system using a mobile app from any part of the world, which allows them to: 

1. Approve Job-Offers; 

2. Assess candidates immediately after the interview; 

3. See the personnel recruitment dynamics; 

4. See employee info, which allows them to get in touch with the employee in a fast and easy manner. 

SAP SF cloud system is a united HR platform that follows the global trends in personnel management and makes HR processes easier, more transparent and convenient for managers, HR and company employees.
