Nogliki Central Rayon Hospital Thanks VELESSTROY

VELESSTROY is always available for lending local communities a helping hand wherever VELESSTROY construction sites are. For instance, the Company presented its gift (five oxygen concentrators) to the central rayon hospital in Nogliki, Sakhalin. 

Oxygen concentrators are used for separating oxygen molecules from the ambient air, concentrating and supplying to a patient as oxygen flow. Such devices are not able to replace artificial pulmonary ventilation units but they are quite helpful in case of COVID-19 mediocre severity, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 

Apart from ICU, infection and medical divisions, oxygen concentrators are used in maternity departments. In such departments, new-born babies are provided with the concentrators after troublesome delivery for babies to cope with the hypoxia consequences.
