Sakhalin Project Houses Emergency Response Drills

In late February, on the site of our Sakhalin Construction Project there were drills for responding to consequences of an emergency. 

As designed, during the drills a vakhta bus de-tracked to a road ditch and collided with a tree. During drilling rescuers retrieved the ‘affected people’ from the bus. Medical service personnel administered the first aid and took them to a hospital, and an oil spill response team repaired so called spillage of fuels and lubes. 

The project-wise on-duty services worked out the actions to be taken demonstrating a high level of systematic approaches. Drill results were highly approved by our client, Petrofac
