Velesstroy participates in job fairs in leading Moscow universities

Velesstroy recruitment specialists visited job fairs in leading Moscow universities: Moscow State Construction University (Research University) and Gubkin Russian State Oil and Gas University. 

This was the first opportunity for students to talk to potential employers face-to-face following the pandemic. 

It should be noted that this opportunity was appreciated more than usual. Future graduates' job and apprenticeship hunting activity has more than doubled. Already we have received more than 20 applications from the future graduates. 

It is also important that the majority of young people come to the job fairs prepared: with their CVs drawn up and a clear picture of what they want from the potential apprenticeship or work. Our Company has also become more recognised by the students who find it an agreeable employer. 

Representatives of the universities have noted importance of these events and noted that they would like more such opportunities outside the job fairs. Velesstroy fully supports these demands and understands that the Company will later employ its specialists and managers from among present-day students.
